The agreement that governs your use of the Aaim platform: what the service does, what you are responsible for, and the limits of what Aaim decides on your behalf.
Last updated: February 2026
By accessing or using the Aaim platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Aaim provides a financial account aggregation and collateral management platform. We enable consumers to connect financial accounts, classify assets, calculate pledging capacity, and share collateral information with participating financial institutions.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Aaim aggregates financial data from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Asset classifications and pledging capacity calculations are estimates and do not constitute financial advice.
When you create a pledge, you authorize Aaim to share your account and asset information with your designated financial institution. Pledge decisions are between you and your FI. Aaim does not make lending decisions.
Aaim is not a financial advisor, lender, or broker. Our platform provides tools for asset visibility and collateral management. We are not liable for lending decisions, asset valuations, or financial outcomes resulting from use of our platform.
